Pohnpei Rotary Club 2012-2013 scholarship awards

Rotary Club of Pohnpei

The Pohnpei Rotary Club is pleased to announce that the winners of its 2012-2013 scholarship awards.  The Rotary Club has been active for 15 years in awarding scholarships to local students who are going to  university for bachelor's degrees and post graduate work.  The money used for these scholarships is all from the Club's local fundraising activities, and we want to thank the community for its gracious support.

This year was one of the hardest yet in trying to select the winners.  There were many great applications received, and it was very difficult to select the winners.  The application process is very rigorous and requires a lot of work.  We wish to commend all of those who applied.  Obviously we will have to fund raise even more diligently so we can award more scholarships.

We are pleased to announce this year's winners and the schools they will be attending in the fall.
